Operation Instruction

ON/OFF

When the light is off and unlocked, press and hold the side switch for 0.5 seconds to turn it on. When the light is on, press and hold the side switch for 0.5 seconds to turn it off.

Output Selection

With the light on, single-click the side switch to cycle through Eco→Low→Mid→High→Turbo.

Strobe

Under unlocked state, press and hold the side switch for 1.2 seconds to enter into Strobe, click again to turn back to previously used General brightness level.

Lock-out Function

Lock: When the light is off and unlocked, double-click the side switch in 0.5 seconds, the light will blink twice at Mid and then go out, indicating the light is locked.

Unlock: When the light is off and locked, double-click the side switch in 0.5 seconds, the light will be unlocked and power on the last-used output level.

Note: In locked state, the light only responds unlocking operation, press the side switch, the light will blink twice to remind the light is under locked state.

Intelligent Memory Circuit

The flashlight memorizes the last brightness level used in the General mode, the next time it is turned on, it will recall that previously used General brightness level.

Over-heat Protection

The flashlight will accumulate a lot of heat when it is working at Turbo brightness level. When it works at Turbo for 5 minutes, the flashlight will automatically downshift to High output to prevent the light from overheating. If the Turbo output is needed, please reset it again. But the flashlight could be damaged or the normal service life could be shortened because of continuous use like this.

Low-voltage Warning Function

When the voltage level drops below the preset level, the flashlight is programmed to downshift to a lower brightness level. When this happens in Low output mode, the flashlight blinks three times every five minutes to remind you to charge the light or replace the battery. To ensure normal use, the flashlight will not turn off automatically and will work until the over-discharge function stops the battery from working.

Note: This only works on 18650 rechargeable Li-ion battery. When the voltage of 18650 battery is detected lower than 3V, low-voltage warning function will fail if the flashlight is turned on again. Magnetic Suction Charging Connect the USB AM port of the charging cable to the power source, the indicator light will turn green. Then draw the magnetic end of the charging cable close to the flashlight, the charging cable will attach to the charging port automatically and the charging has begun. The indicator light will flash green in charging process. Last the indicator light turns solid green when charging is completely done. The normal charging time is about 4 hours. Note:

  1. RC11 only charges normally on 18650 rechargeable battery with button top, Fenix ARB-L18 Series battery with protective circuit is recommended.
  2. Charging with the light on is not recommended, doing so may cause extended charging time or less fully charged battery. If emergency lighting is needed, the flashlight is only available at Mid output level when it is charging.

I’ve had this light

"I’ve had this light a long time now. As many others ha e commented on its many lil flaws but especially the on by accident “feature”. I leave those alone! This is now my “car light”. Its 1000L power makes it so useful in a very small size. I leave the magnet attached and plug in the usb to one of my cars handy ports whenever I feel its time to top it up! Especially useful for when I need a second lite for the spouse or friend on a hike or when I forget my latest GOTO flashlight! Its got a nice tough n durable design!"

One of the best

"One of the best flashlights I’ve ever had"

Great light. I bought

"Great light. I bought it for EDC but have quickly found out the mag charging port on the light quickly fills with suit and metal from my work environment. Maybe a dust cap of some sort would cure the issue possibly. Fortunately a shot with a air compressor and all is remedied. . No complaints on the light. I have many Fenix and quality is on par with the rest."

My RC11 quickly became

"My RC11 quickly became my EDC. I'm getting old, don't have much vision left, so I use it for everything I do. I put a piece of shrink tubing on the base so I can hold it in my teeth and free up both hands. I carry it in my front jeans pocket with the on button turned toward the back. It never turns on in my pocket, and is instantly oriented correctly when deployed. After years of daily use, I'm still on my first battery. I can't think of anything I don't like about it."

great product. . . love the magnetic

"great product. . . love the magnetic charging"

Its a sweet little

"Its a sweet little flashlight. Everyone i show it too looks at it and they dismiss it, cause its tiny compared to others, until I turn it on! Its Stupid Bright! just don't let it go off on its own on turbo, in your pocket it will burn you. Make sure you lock the Flashlight after you use it. Im still waiting on the upgrade with the 21700 battery and 1300+ lumens. Call it the RC10."

Joshua A. (5/5)

I like the size

"I like the size and how bright it is but I do not like the on/off button. More then once it has turned itself on while in my pocket."

Timothy M. (3/5)

I bought this hand

"I bought this hand held device for winter trail running purposes. I'm fully satisfied. The 5 modes allow me to switch from 150 to 500 lumens easily. On the snow I still see the terrain with no dazzle. Easy to hold. Does not get to hot (I know. by -19 celsius nothing really hot ;) ). My only complaint could be the power button I always dig for. I press the power plug instead. I' m running with gloves. . . To avoid this I have to run the finger on the button which is not confortable. During a power outage at work I had to light people cleaning a machine off from paint and the lamp was very useful too. This lamp is in my edc bag but I know in case of long term problem I will probably not be able to charge it. So I have a HL10 as a back up."

I got this to

"I got this to be a backup light for graveyard patrol work. It rapidly took over as primary. Great little light. Small enough to clip in the front pocket so there's no space used on the duty belt. Next is the UC35."

Ken W. (4/5)

The description is misleading:

"The description is misleading: while the magnetic port works great, the flashlight can ONLY be charged that way; there is no micro USB port on the flashlight. Excellent light output, Turbo is awesome. The five levels make just the right brightness possible for most any situation. -diglloyd"
