Fenix Lighting US guarantees all Fenix products purchased from US retailers are made of first-class materials, and therefore provides a lifetime warranty against any defect in material and workmanship.

Merchandise Returns

Merchandise may not be returned without the prior approval of Fenix Lighting US. Please contact customer service with any inquiries you have on products that were shipped in error or are found to be defective in workmanship and quality. Fenix Lighting US is not responsible for any product shipped to the Service Center for repairs without a Return Authorization.

If a customer returns product to same retailer of purchase, then the retailer has the ability to satisfy their consumer directly or refer to our customer service department.

Repair Policy

If a Fenix product has a manufacturers defect covered by our warranty, we will either repair or replace it, at our opinion, without charge. Return the product to the place of purchase or send it to the address below. Please include Name, Address, Phone number and Email address (optional) with the product.
