At Fenix Lighting we are committed to having your order fulfilled in the quickest time possible. If you place your order on Monday-Friday, no later than 12pm CST, your order should ship that same day. Orders placed after 12pm CST, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day. Example: If you order a product on Friday after 12pm CST or over the weekend, we will do our best to ship your order on that following Monday; Tuesday at the latest. 

Custom engraved lights typically ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. 

Holidays, like Labor Day and Black Friday, can also extend shipping fulfillment by a day or two due to high volume.

Business days are Monday through Friday, and exclude federal holidays. Please refer to the carrier's calendar for holiday service schedules. 

Free shipping and 5-day shipping typically delivery within 5-6 business days via USPS. Faster shipping methods are available, but they are restricted to delivery on business days.
