Product Overview

For those who crave more than a standard flashlight, the Fenix TK25R delivers an entire lighting arsenal in one rugged build. With 3600 lumens of max output and a beam that reaches 1148ft (350m), this flashlight is a mega-powerhouse designed for users who love advanced gear with insane beam throw.

The unique mode toggle switch on the tail of the TK25R allows you to quickly switch between three operating modes: Duty, Tactical Support, and Lockout. When Duty mode is selected, the flashlight operates with just the forward-facing white light. When in Tactical Support mode, you can access an array of lighting options built into the side of the flashlight’s head, including two levels of diffused white light, UV light, red light, red flash, and a red/blue flash for signaling. Lastly, select Lockout mode when the flashlight is not in use to avoid accidental activation.

Additional features include Instant Turbo, which lets you bypass all other brightness levels to reach Turbo instantly, 1.5-hour fast USB-C charging, and a durable build with IP68-rated waterproofing. The TK25R is bold, complex, and unapologetically overbuilt.

Battery Level Indication

Each time the flashlight is turned on, the indicator will indicate the battery level and will last for 3 seconds.

  • Green light on: saturated 100% - 85%
  • Green light flashes: sufficient 85% - 50%
  • Red light on: poor 50% - 25%
  • Red light flashes: critical 25% - 1%

*Note: This only works with a Fenix ARB-L21 Series battery.

Intelligent Overheat Protection

The flashlight will accumulate a lot of heat when used at high output levels for extended periods. When the flashlight reaches a temperature of 60°C/140°F or above, it will automatically step down a few lumens to reduce the temperature. When the temperature drops below 60°C/140°F, the flashlight will gradually recall the preset output level.

Low-voltage Warning

When the voltage level drops below the preset level, the flashlight is programmed to downshift to a lower brightness level until Low output is reached. When this happens in Low output, the battery level indicator blinks red to remind users to recharge or replace the battery in a timely manner.

*Note: This only works with a Fenix ARB-L21 Series battery.

Usage and Maintenance

  • Disassembling the sealed head can cause damage to the flashlight and will void the warranty.
  • Recharge the battery in time to ensure normal use for next time.
  • Fenix recommends using an excellent quality battery.
  • If the flashlight will not be used for an extended period, remove the battery, or the flashlight could be damaged by electrolyte leakage or explosion.

What is the APF?

A: The APF (Advanced Pulse-Frequency Transmission System) was developed by Fenix laboratory, a major technology breakthrough of flashlight industry. Allowing the tactical flashlight achieve a higher level of performance:

  1. Take light to the extreme. Traditional forward switches are limited by current, and it is difficult to achieve brightness above 2000 lumens. In the age of 21700 batteries gradually expanding, 3000 lumens tactical flashlights are almost impossible; while the flashlight using APF technology can.
  2. Make the functional tail cap simpler. Traditional multi-function tail cap needs to achieve functional through the double-layer body or additional channels ; and the flashlight using APF technology offering a strong reliable flashlight in simple structure, we talking about single layer body if specifically.
  3. Better anti-interference performance. Complex external environments such as strong magnetic fields are easily dealt through stronger anti-interference ability.
