Product Overview

The Fenix E-CP Rechargeable Power Bank Flashlight features a very bright 1600 lumen flashlight, but it also doubles as a power bank to charge other devices. Simply insert the included USB Type-C charging cable (or other compatible USB cable) into the tail of the light and let the 18W fast discharging quickly charge your device. The side switch activates the light and allows you to cycle through five brightness levels plus strobe. The octagonal shape prevents rolling and the lack of a tail switch allows you to tail stand the light for hands-free lighting. IP68 rated waterproof and dustproof, this flashlight with a power bank is a go-anywhere tool that will charge your next adventure.

Terrible battery drain - dead with zero use after a couple days

Avoid. Within a week the flashlight loses charge completely if not kept plugged in. This one went straight into the trash. Very disappointed in Fenix.

I truly hope you didn't actually throw it in the trash as our warranty would have covered it if it wasn't working properly. You do however need to have the light and reach out to our warranty team and send it in to get warranty coverage. If the light was thrown in the trash, our warranty isn't going to cover you. Here is information on our warranty.

I like it. My only problem is i bought this for when im at work, working 200ft+ on the side of a tower. Use if mainly to charge my phone.

Doesn't hold a charge long if you dont use it. Past that its a good light.

Stopped taking charge after 13 months of very light use.

Bought it in Sep '22 and now it's Dec '23 it doesn't take charge and doesn't charge anything plugged into it. The flashlight part still works though.

Filed a warranty request via the website last week and still haven't heard back.

Hi Kyrylo - I'm not sure where you purchased the light, as we do not have any orders under this email address, but if you haven't already reached out to warranty I would recommend doing so and checking on that. You will need the 11 digit alphanumeric serial number from the light and they can determine what service center you need to reach out to for assistance.

Outstanding Product

Once again they it it out of the park with this light. Not only is it convenient to carry (this one happens to be in my car), but the variable intensity of the light comes in so handy as well. Additionally, had a dead phone about two days ago and remembered that I could use this as a charging source!

Great performance. I would have preferred a different shape.

The performance as a light is spectacular. Very bright and even flood. Battery life is excellent. The build quality is also excellent. It works well as a small power bank.
The thing I don't like is the shape. It's a uniform hexagonal prism. When you grab it in the dark, there is nothing at all to guide you to the switch, or even let you know which end is which. Some grooves or texturing or something might help, if they gave some tactile indication of where the switch is.
