I recently sent my pd35 in for service and the customer service is beyond great, feel free to contact them for any issues.

We were bow fishing last July 4th weekend and I left the flashlight in the small leaky John boat tied off to shore after the night hunt. Next day, I found it completely submerged in a foot of water. Hit the button and on came the light. I’ve dropped it, used it to knock weld splatter off during inspections and basically abused the crap out of it. It never missed a beat in 3 years . Really good flashlight.

Put the batteries in the light worked for a split second then quit. Never had that happen with any of my flashlights. Especially not a $75 one.

Tony–Have you reached out to customer service? This should be rectified quickly.

The Fenix PD35 is hands down the best flashlight I ave ever owned. It has five brightness levels, the lowest is great for night ops, it emits just enough light to clearly see maps or other items. The brightest level is intense, I’ve had reflectors two miles away flash when pointed at them. As a testament to the intensity of the PD35, the light actually kept my hand warm in the -30F Minnesota winter. It also has a Dazzle strobe feature. Works great for dissuading those drivers that tailgate, every time I’ve used it for that they’ve backed off my 6 o’clock straight away.
The quality is impeccable, it is manufactured from aircraft grade aluminum billet Quite the robust unit, takes a lot of abuse and never has missed a beat. The 18650 Li-Ion battery lasts FOREVER. My grandson turned it on and I found it over 24 hours later, and it was still shining.
Well done Fenix, someone FINALLY manufactured a versatile flashlight that is well worth the price.

Thanks Phenix! I love my PD35! I’ve had mine for about a year now. Absolute best flashlight I’ve ever own! Lasts forever with my rechargable 18650 Li-On battery. Just the right amount of light for every job. Durable! I’ve dropped numerous times. Talked a few of my coworker into buying one and they absolutely love them as much as I do.

This is my second fenix light. I am in pest control and this light is used daily for inspections. It must be turned on/off a hundred times a day. Still keeps on working. Been dropped several times, gone down a flight of concrete steps, still works with no problems. On medium I can go 4 days on one 18650 battery (3400). More than enough light to do just about whatever you need. I have owned this light since June 2015, and it feels like I will get many years of service out of it. Only negative I can think of is the Velcro on the belt pouch wears out.

    (verified owner):

I am a confirmed flashlight addict. So far, this has been the best flashlight I have ever purchased. The best feature is the ability to switch between light output levels.

For the price, this is a great investment. I tell all of my friends about these. Most have bought one off of my recommendation.

The PD35 is one serious flashlight. I bought the wife one…now we have 4 of them. Well made, compact and very bright.

    :

Great flashlight so good i bought a second one. Only minor issue is fitting Panasonic 18650 protected cell, due to the cells length it can take abit of jiggling to fit the battery so the light does not come on or switch on by it’s self when knocked.

    :

This is the flashlight i use every night on patrol…has yet to let me down, whether searching houses or doing traffic stops, I know my light will see through the dark tint on a car and light up an entire room in a house…large or small

I am a patrol deputy and the light I choose to carry is the PD35. Having a dependable light is essential in my world and Fenix lights will be the only brand I will ever put on my duty rig…

Brilliant piece of new technology! All lower brightness levels are useful. For example, the 10 lumen ‘Eco’ mode is bright enough to illuminate an area of close-up work without overwhelming one’s eyes, nor those of someone else. (I use it when checking my dog’s ears and such — I’ve got plenty of illumination, and he’ll be fine if the light hits his eyes directly.) Then walking him on my dark country street is handled by ‘Low’ and ‘Medium.’ A strange animal’s sound is investigated in ‘High’ or ‘Turbo’ out to four or five hundred feet, and a quick flash of ‘Strobe Mode’ reminds the occasional inconsiderate driver that he needs to dim his brights for pedestrians too. All this utility is in a single, tiny package!

No longer scared of the dark. This bad boy puts out some serious light. Really impressed. Highly recommnend if you want a small well constructed hand held that means business. Come on darkness, I got something for you.

Great light. Very high quality switches with long lasting 18650 battery. Burns all night for long winter coon hunting.

I already had three very good flashlights. My stepson is a cop and uses a flashlight on the job; I he gave me the Fenix PD35 for Christmas this year. I can’t believe how great this flashlight is, it is the best I have ever seen and I have seen many. I am surprised, impressed, and extremely happy to own such a Great Product!

    :

A very nice light. Has better throw than the PD32 UE and more light. A good all purpose light. The only reason to not get one is if you need a light that is totally for use as a spotlight.

    :

Amazing quality and craftsmanship. Brightest flash light I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe they sell this for as cheap as they do! Recommended for anyone and everyone, that won’t blind themselves. 😉

I am a professional hunting guide so a serious flashlight is a must. This is the best flashlight I have ever used. I had mine for about 6 weeks and my hunting partner and I were on a blood trail of a wild boar when he noticed how well my light worked compared to his. A couple of days later he had one too.
The size and capability of this light are superb. http://www.nighthogs.com

I just bought this light and a very nice set of rechargeable batteries for it. I compared it to the Streamlight Stinger which everyone in my shop has. The brightness is about the same but the field is about 10x bigger.

This is the BADDEST weapon light in theWORLD!hogs and yotes are in TROUBLE now, have one on Ar and one on shotgun ,Thank for a GREAT LIGHT

    :

I agree with Jim.. great flashlight! It is my forth fenix light and is much brighter then my pd30, tk11 and tk21. But the case they give you lacks the d ring and wider belt loop… and what I liked with old cases on all my other fenix lights. Is the extra velcro strap to add to molly attachments on my other gear.
Other then splitting hairs on case design… its worth the money and size to lumen ratio is incredible. You won’t be disappointed!
P.S. if case drives you nuts.. maxpedition makes nice flaslight cases.

    Fenix just keeps outdoing themselves.
I have many many tactical and EDC flashlghts, some just ok, other pretty damn good but this is like the HOLy GRAIL of hand held flashlghts or may be not cause Fenix just keeps making them better and better.

Simply extraordinary. The very large hot spot and side spill make this flashlight useful. A good range of modes. Very, very bright output using just CR123 batteries. Sold feel and good construction make this flashlight perfect for almost any task.

I got my PD35 yesterday. What a great and powerful light. This will be my primary duty light. I would highly recommend this light to anyone who works nights! It cuts through tinted windows! the only con I have is that the case that’s included, needs to fit a 21/4 duty belt.
