- Our distribution center has been restructured in space and staffing hours. Our customer service teams have been segmented to conform with “social distancing” guidelines, while remaining effective and productive.
- Our Denver HQ has followed a similar path, with most marketing, sales, and administrative functions operating from the safety of home environments.
- Our Factory production continues essentially unchanged, and our planning and forecasting processes are adapting to maintain reasonable lead times.
Fenix has enjoyed remarkable growth over the past few years, and we are proud of the loyalty and praise we have achieved from our users.
