Disappointing product. Although the

"Disappointing product. Although the battery is fully charged the light will no longer turn on. I've used it less than an hour total and its already dead. Probably why the product was discontinued. Mixed thoughts on Fenix overall. The UC35 I have works well, but this UC02 is dead after short usage."

I love this light

"I love this light for its small size and dual brightness. The USB recharge feature and tiny replaceable battery is an excellent feature for long term use. It's very durable, the ring loop is in a good position and the lense face is recessed just enough to protect it. I've used it a couple of times as an emergency light on my bike for commuting and it's brighter than some other bikes on the road. However, after about a year on my keychain, it starts to light intermittently -- the circuitboard in the head starts to unscrew itself a bit and the connection gets dodgy. Using surgical metal tweezers as a pin driver, I could screw the board back into position and it works as new!"

The UC02 is built

"The UC02 is built like a tank and shockingly bright for its tiny size-- don't even bother comparing this to every other keychain light you've wasted your time on because this isn't in the same ballpark. Just like Pinnochio proclaimed that he's a real boy, after about a month's use, this bad boy screams out to me that it's a real flashlight and not just some novelty item. Throw in the low price and built-in rechargability (as in, you don't need a battery charger, just a cord that you almost certainly already own) and it seems like you'd have to go out of your way to come up with an excuse NOT to own one of these things. One of the reasons I love the PD25 is that it's small size and light weight makes it perfect for EDC, but this light one-ups the PD25 in its miniature size which literally makes it the smallest item on my keychain. Yes, 130 lumens isn't as bright as a CR123 powered light, and its something I'd rely on to blind an attacker in a dark parking lot, but in most utility situations it is more than enough flashlight for the job at hand, whether it be for reading a map or lighting the undercarriage of a broken down vehicle. While some folks may debate filling their pocket with a typical EDC light when heading out for a mid-day jaunt to the grocery store, the UC02 just sort of sits back and shrugs its shoulders, because you don't have to debate whether to carry it or not. Do you have a set of keys in your pocket? Slip a UC02 on the ring. Done."
