Good light, bad mount.

Great light but the mounting strap is not good. When I’m cold or wet or locking up my bike in the dark, the mounting strap is remarkably finicky and unnecessarily time consuming, and ultimately it broke. If you live in a place where you need to take off your light at every stop I would pass on this product.

Long lasting light

I bought this light because of it's compact size, mounting versatility and long advertised battery life. I have a Serfas tail lamp that is much longer in shape and requires 2 elastic straps to mount. It's a little too long to mount on the inserted portions of all my dropper posts. (It works well on my gravel bike though where it gets the most use.) The Serfa's battery life also leaves something to be desired when run on High. This Fenix unit is easier to fit and gives you many more mounting options. The only disappointing thing is that the light is much weaker. Granted there is a high and low output option of each beam pattern, but the max output measures only 16LM, versus 35LM for the Serfas. (I looked this up after I bought the Fenix.) The Fenix is still plenty bright and will do a fine job in the evenings, but it is not as visible when riding in bright sun light. I think that the Fenix will still have significantly better battery life being that it has less output. I'll have to use it more to see how much that difference will be.

Great little ight

I bought this along with the BC21R V3.0 to add visibility on rides. It attaches nicely to my frame via the included rubber strap. I thought it might be a big annoying to take it off for recharging, but it works very well and is simple to do. I like the USB-C charging. I also really like that you can test the battery level with a quick push of the on/off button. Green if okay, red if a recharge is needed. It does the job. I highly recommend this light.

Bike taillite

Lite itself works very well and is quite bright. The method to attach it to the shaft under the seat leave some to desired though.

Good light

Battery life is good so far after 4 rides I haven't had to recharge
