Great for turning the E35 flashlight into a hanging lantern for camping.

I have 2 Fenix E35 flashlights. I bought 2 of these diffuser tips to turn the E35 flashlights into hanging lanterns for camping.

Great little diffuser

Caps onto my PD25R perfectly. Would be more satisfying if it snapped into place but doesn't feel like it's going to fall off once on. This is great if you need illumination but not necessarily from a beam of light.

Fits the PD35 PD35s

But doesn’t fit the PD35R

Hi Kenneth - not sure why that's not working on the PD35R for you. We recently double checked all of our products and accessories for the compatibility chart and for the compatible accessories tab of the product page, and we just tested it again and it does fit the PD35R.

Does not fit as marketed

Bought a pd35 for a Christmas gift for a good friend. Bought him this diffuser to use the light as a lantern. Website says it fits the light I bought. However, when it arrived, it was not listed on the package as a fitting model and does not want to stay on the flashlight. I’m a Fenix fanatic. Have 10+ of their lights in my home. but they let me down on this one.

That's odd. We tested it out and the diffuser definitely fits snugly and snaps down on the PD35s that we tested it on. We checked it on both the V2 and the V3, and it fit snugly on both. I would make sure that the diffuser is pressed down fully onto the head of the light.
