"I guess it could have been 5 stars if I ever got it. Initially, it was stuck at USPS for 4 weeks. I called to let customer service know. They said they would send a replacement right away. It's been a week and a half now and nothing, no replacement confirmation, shipping notice, or tracking number. It's unfortunate, because I really like Fenix products. Perhaps, I'll try Nitecore, Streamlight, or Olight?"

Happy these replacement headbands were available!

"My Fenix headlamp was working perfectly but I had used it several years and the headband was totally worn out and had no elastic remaining. I found this and was surprised of the reasonable cost and shipping so I thought I would try it. As others have said, be sure to take pictures of how the old headband is routed through the headlamp or it will be more difficult to install the new one. Very happy with my headlamp again."

Great but…

"I got this as a replacement to my older Fenix headlight, which was really stretched out. I like the replacement but the piece that goes over the head is was too small and can’t be used. The band around the heads fits great, nice and snug and will do the trick but it would have been nice if the top portion fit…"

"Well, it's a whole lot better than the old completely stretched out original headband. Better than it was when new too. But not as good as some competing brands: I have never understood why Fenix makes such good lights and then has headbands that are so difficult to work with."
