First thing is a negative. It's a kit, it doesn't come assembled.
This is not mentioned in the blurb.
There are no directions and it's not that easy to figure out.
Luckily, I have another Fenix headband which I used as a reference.

The headband itself is very good. Wider strap, with vent holes and a silicon forehead grip.
Much better than the Nitecore headband I replaced with it. Again, I had another so already knew it would be an upgrade.
That being said, it appears that Nitecore has upgraded theirs in a similar fashion. It was almost 5 years old. It wasn't unusable but the straps had stretched *still had a fair amount of elasticity, but adjustment was almost gone. Kept it as a spare.

Purchased for my HM65R. Fits great. Looks great too!

This headband works much better than the original on my HP25R

Wanted a replacement headband only. Took a chance based upon the pictures & description. Unfortunately, this product did not fit the bill. While that was partly my own doing, the headband itself is a mystery product when it comes to manipulating and adjusting. Good luck to anyone who tries to figure that part out.

This replacement is better fitting and feeling than the original one that lasted for over two years with almost daily usage. The rubber part that holds the top strap to the side strap broke but it was entirely my fault, but after receiving this one I’m kinda glad I broke it. Great work fenix. I love each product I’ve bought from you. Keep up the stellar work!!!
