"I bought the bundle of the ARE-D1 smart charger with the 2600 mAh protected 18650 battery and I am very pleased with my purchase. The equipment was all in stock and the order was processed immediately. It was all packaged very securely. I got an order confirmation with an estimated delivery date and a tracking link, and the order arrived a day before estimated. The equipment was exactly as advertised, both in form and in function, and after an initial 3 hour charge, it was ready to go. The quality of it all seems very high. One of the most important things to me, though, was that when I doing my research about whom to buy from, I was able to speak with a knowledgeable, live Fenix customer rep on the phone, who was very helpful in my decision making process. Also, it was he who suggested the bundle for me, which saved me some money, and confirmed for me that the pieces would work well together. I would definitely buy again from Fenix."
