Hi Randy - I see your orders for lights and the batteries, but our warranty team doesn't have anything as far as communication with you. Do you recall who you spoke to about that? Do you know if it was Fenix Lighting or Fenix-Store? Feel free to forward that communication to me at support@fenixlighting.com and I will see what I can do to help.

Warranty service is done through the distributor on your light, due to our contracts with the factory. So for example, if you purchased a light from us, but contacted Fenix Store about warranty on it, they will refer you back to us as the appropriate service center, and vice versa. The 11-digit alphanumeric serial number on the light will tell us which service center to work through. But again, our warranty doesn't have anything from you, so I'm wondering if you had talked with someone at a different company.
