Wasn't what was needed

Turns out it wasn't the battery, but the switch in the end cap that had failed. And of course, there is no replacement end cap available. So I now have 2 batteries that don't fit anything and a flashlight that cannot be repaired.

What light is it that had a tail switch that failed? And do you have the 11 digit alphanumeric serial number so I can look up warranty service center for that? Our warranty team isn't sure what light you are talking about.

Still reliable

I have several Fenix flashlights that I bought now over 10 years ago when I lived in Beijing. I love them! One uses a single AA battery while the other uses the ARB L1-2600 battery. I recently had to purchase a new battery, (only the second time in 10 years) and am still just amazed by the performance of the battery & light. I am afraid that one day the battery may become obsolete but until them I will just enjoy this great product

Wont buy another Fenix flashlight again

original battery served very short life span
new battery arrived completely dead
and it appears that charging holder does not function properly....it appears to function -- red light to green light---but neither battery charges.

I've asked warranty to reach out to you. I'm not sure which light you are using, as I only see the battery order under this email address, but we don't even sell lights anymore that use this flattop battery - they all use the button top battery. So I'm not sure if your light is one that actually needs this battery or if it needs the ARB-L18-2600.
