How do I sign up for Fenix Rewards?
To sign up, go to fenixlighting.com/pages/rewards and click “Join Now” near the top of the page. You will then enter your email address and receive a one-time use code in order to complete your registration.

If I am already a Fenix Lighting customer, do I still need to create a new account to be part of Fenix Rewards?
No, as long as you use the same email address, you do not need to create a new account in order to join Fenix Rewards. Your member account will automatically begin earning points on any purchases made after June 1st, 2025.

Does it cost anything to join Fenix Rewards?
No, there is no fee to join or participate in Fenix Rewards.

Do I have to sign up for Fenix Rewards before I make a purchase in order to earn points? 
No, you do not. Your Fenix Rewards account will be automatically created for you at the time of your purchase, and your rewards points will be added to your account.

Do I get any points from purchases I made before Fenix Rewards launched?
Yes, any purchases made after June 1st, 2025, will earn points.

Do my points expire?
Yes, they will expire if they are not used within one year of when they were earned.

Can I redeem points on purchases I didn’t make at fenixlighting.com?
No, only purchases made on fenixlighting.com will earn points that can be redeemed for purchases at fenixlighting.com.

If I have multiple emails or older accounts, can I combine points?
No. At this time, there is unfortunately no way to combine points from multiple accounts.

How do I check my reward points balance?
To check your points balance, go to fenixlighting.com/pages/rewards. When logged into your rewards account, you will see your point balance displayed on this page.

Can I combine loyalty rewards with discount codes?
Yes, you can use rewards with most discount codes. Some exceptions may apply.

Is there a limit to my points?
No, there is no limit to how many points you can earn. However, if not used, points do expire one calendar year after they were earned.

How do I earn a VIP tier?
Everyone who joins Fenix Rewards starts in the Rookie tier, whether they have ever made a purchase or not. To earn PRO tier, customers must spend $360 in one rolling year, and to earn ACE, they must spend $600 in one rolling year. If tier spending minimums are not maintained on a year to year basis, accounts will be downgraded to the appropriate tier.

I submitted a photo and video with my product review but don’t see new points in my account yet. Why?
To ensure quality and safety standards, all photo and video reviews must be approved by Fenix Lighting before they are published. Points are awarded if/when the review is published.

How do I refer a friend?
To refer a friend, visit the “Refer a Friend” section at fenixlighting.com/pages/rewards to obtain a unique referral link to share with a friend. When they use this link to make a purchase, the recipient will receive 15% off their first purchase of $120 or more, and you will receive 4000 points after they complete their purchase.

How do I redeem my reward points? 
Reward points can be redeemed in increments of $5 off for 1,000 points, $10 off for 2,000 points, or $25 off for 5,000 points. To redeem reward points, go to fenixlighting.com/pages/rewards and visit the “How To Use Your Points” section. Select the amount of points you would like to redeem, and click the corresponding “Redeem” button in order to generate your one-time-use coupon code. You will then apply that code at checkout.

Is there a minimum order value I need to reach in order to redeem my points?
Yes, a minimum purchase value of $25 is required before rewards points can be applied.

What happens if I return a product for which I earned points? Do I lose them?
Yes, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account when you initiate a return.

What happens to my points if I cancel my order? 
If an order is canceled, the awarded points will be automatically deducted from your rewards account balance.

Is there a maximum to how many points I can redeem at one time?
No, there is no maximum to how many points can be redeemed at one time. In the event that you would like to redeem more than 2,000 points, you can generate and apply more than one rewards discount code to your order.

Do points apply to gift card purchases?
No, Fenix Rewards points cannot be redeemed for gift cards.
