Merchandise may not be returned without the prior approval of Open Air Brands, LLC. Please contact customer service with any inquires you have on product
that was shipped in error or is found to be defective in workmanship and quality. If a customer returns product to same retailer of purchase, then the retailer has
the ability to satisfy their consumer directly or refer to our customer service department. In the event the retailer exchanges product to satisfy the consumer, then
the retailer may return the faulty product exchanged by consumer for credit or equal replacement product by contacting customer service.
If your Fenix product has a manufacturer’s defect covered by our warranty, we will either repair or replace it, at our option, without charge. Return it to your place of purchase or contact us through our service and support page. Most damaged Fenix products not covered by the warranty can still be repaired. If repair costs and handling charges apply, you will be notified prior to any service.
All warranty repairs or replacements are at the sole discretion of the Fenix Lighting US Authorized Repair Center and we reserve the right to refuse a request for any reason.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Open Air Brands LLC, dba Fenix Lighting US, guarantees all Fenix products purchased from retailers directly supported by them to be made of first-class
materials and therefore provides a lifetime warranty against any defects in material and workmanship.
Excluded from warranty coverage is any damage to the exterior deemed reasonable wear and tear such as scratches and/or fading of color. In addition,
the warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use of any of the components. This includes use of unapproved batteries in
Fenix products (see user manuals). This warranty is in place of all other warranties, including warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and warranty of
merchantability and excludes any liability for incidental or consequential damages.
Limitation of Liability
The liability of Open Air Brands, LLC (DBA Fenix Lighting) in regards to the sale and delivery of goods according to the invoice is limited to repair and
replacement of, or credit for, defective goods, at the option of Open Air Brands, LLC (DBA Fenix Lighting). Under no circumstances shall Open Air Brands, LLC
(DBA Fenix Lighting) be liable for economic loss or for any other special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, of any kind suffered by purchaser.
