About Me

I'm a long time outdoorsman from before my time in the boyscouts. I grew up on acreage at the foothills of the Sierra mountain range which offered me all the outdoor space and activities someone who loves the outdoors could hope for.

Currently I do a lot of overlanding, backpacking, hiking, tactical shooting and practice bushcrafting.

I review backpacks, survival gear, knives, weapons and accessories, lights, solar gear and anything else I find of interest or useful for survival and outdoor use.
