I bought this charger for a WT 25R because you didn’t have it in stock. I never realized that it would have opposed magnetism. I can’t use it and won’t pay the shipping fee.
Hi Steven - I'm sorry to hear you purchased the wrong cord. We do state, in bold, on the product page that this cord is 'NOT COMPATIBLE with any other models' and this is due to the reverse polarity. We are unsure why the factory made them this way, but we have tried to make sure our customers know which cords will work.
