For a Fenix light, this one is unremarkable and a bit disappointing. In flash modes the LED on-off cycle lacks the more typical, attention getting, instantaneous switching. Rather the LEDs appear to have a short ramp up and ramp down – in my opinion this is a serious design flaw – instantaneous switching is much better. The beam angle is quite broad with no hot-spot directly behind the bike for addistance. The light offers only low intensity in all flash modes. The 10 lumen max output mode is only steady on. Fenix should have included a high intensity flash mode for daytime riding with longer runtime.

Pros: Small size and weighs next to nothing, fits round seat posts (not aero posts), removable clip is well designed and wider than the light to add stability when mounted to bike seat bag strap, battery level indicator is nice, light is very well made.
