The last time I bought these batteries was 3yrs ago there is still quite a bit of energy left to them. I just wanted some more they are excellent batteries.
Really like Fenix flashlights. It's great having a rechargeable battery backup.
I have two batteries 5000mAh - one turns blue when fully charged, however the other only turns to green.
What does the green light mean ????
Is it fully charged or faulty ?
Blue or green is fully charged. Simply a difference of what little light inside the battery was available at the time the lights were manufactured based on supply chain. Red is always in need of charging/charging, and then they will turn green or blue to indicate fully charged.
When my three-year-old headlight started acting wonky I assumed it was a battery and replaced it with a new one but it wasn't the battery.
Unfortunately.
Headlamp no longer works.
How do I give a star rating to a product like a battery and one that I didn't use?
My life is too busy to be bothered with the return process.
Was a nice headlamp when it was working....
Unfortunately, without talking to our warranty department to explain to them what is going on, it's impossible for me to attempt to troubleshoot the issue with you. Our lights have a 0.25 warranty rate, so while it's rare, things can happen. But our warranty team would be the best people to assist you. I can ask them to reach out to you, although you have already stated that you are too busy to be bothered with a return (or presumably talking to warranty). I will still ask them to reach out though. Their message may end up in your spam folder.
Like my light and battery...just NOT the 100's of emails I keep getting. Can't a person just buy something and be done???
You can unsubscribe to the emails via the link at the bottom of any of the emails. We at Fenix Lighting generally only send one email per week. But again, you can easily unsubscribe via the link on the email.
*Updated to add: I messaged our tech team before replying to you to have you removed from our mailing list, and was told your email was not on our list. You might be getting emails from Fenix Store, which is a completely different company than us. I assume their emails also have the option to unsubscribe.
I recently purchased an HT32 Flashlight which is perfect for my use during my remote deer hunts. I later realized that recharging the battery while on these remote hunts could be problematic so I decided to get a backup battery for the unit. Glad I did.
