The ARB-L16-700U includes a protection circuit in the anode to help prevent short circuits, over charge/discharge and over heating. This battery can quickly be charged without the need for a separate charger. This not only saves you money from purchasing a charger, but you now have no need to carry around another piece of equipment with you. Simply plug the USB cord directly into the battery. A micro-USB charging cord is NOT included.

Does not deliver the watts

Good design choice with the charger built in sadly a very poor performing battery.
I am getting about 30% of the expected run time with these batteries.
Buy many because you'll be swapping them often.

I have asked warranty to reach out to you to trouble shoot.

I really like the USB charger port. I don't have to keep a special dedicated charging unit on hand and if electricity isn't available, I can use a solar powered power bank or an adapter in my car. It's a tiny battery but provides good power.
