Our thoughts are with everyone everywhere directly affected by this generational challenge. We remain vigilant and resilient in the face of this rapidly changing environment, and steadfast in our goal to provide a high level of service and support to all who count on us.

Because Fenix is a key tool used by first responders, safety, MRO, and government agencies everywhere, Fenix is an “essential business” for our customers and dealer partners. Our management team has taken strategic steps to assure our continued operations, including:

  • Our distribution center has been restructured in space and staffing hours. Our customer service teams have been segmented to conform with “social distancing” guidelines, while remaining effective and productive.
  • Our Denver HQ has followed a similar path, with most marketing, sales, and administrative functions operating from the safety of home environments.
  • Our Factory production continues essentially unchanged, and our planning and forecasting processes are adapting to maintain reasonable lead times.

Fenix has enjoyed remarkable growth over the past few years, and we are proud of the loyalty and praise we have achieved from our users. No words can adequately describe our admiration and respect for all of the front line workers who selflessly brave through this difficult environment to serve our small towns, cities, and our country. As you have been there for us, we want you to know how we are preparing and responding so we may continue in our commitment to serve you.
